Saved from the verdict

For as long as the time of the congregation lasts here on earth, grace applies. Now anyone can come to Jesus and be saved!

Saved from the verdict

One of the reasons why some people incorrectly proclaim that God sends judgments is that they proclaim law. And because of this law they make the wrong conclusion when the great tribulation will break in.

Released from the verdict

Rom 3: 16-18. For God so loved the world that He gave His only begotten Son, that whoever believes in Him should not perish but have eternal life. 17. For God sent not his Son into the world to judge the world, but that the world should be saved through him. 18. He that believeth on him is not condemned, but he that believeth not is already condemned, because he hath not believed in the name of the only begotten Son of God.

This whole context teaches us that God sent Jesus to save - deliver us from judgment. All people are condemned, but are acquitted of the judgment when receiving Jesus. If for some reason you do not want to receive Jesus, you are left in judgment.

The Bible context does not say that God sends judgments, but what the word says is that God sent Jesus to save and save us from judgment. It is unbiblical and deceptive to declare that God is now sending judgments through epidemics (such as the coronavirus), wars and disasters in the time of the congregation and grace.

Save

The Bible context we just read says plainly that God did not send Jesus to judge the world but to save it.

Of course, God does not have to judge the world because it is already doomed! And in order to be acquitted and saved from this judgment you need to receive Jesus and be saved.

Jesus also took judgment and punished himself when he died on Calvary's cross in our place. Now that Jesus has taken judgment, we are acquitted. And acquitted we become by faith in him.

If we have now been acquitted by the judgment of Jesus, then God can not again apply the judgment to us. Jesus has already carried it away!

Laglära

One of the reasons why some people incorrectly proclaim that God sends judgments is that they proclaim law . And because of this law they make the wrong conclusion when the great tribulation will break in.

To gather such a proclamation, one places the rapture after the great tribulation has broken out, which is completely unbiblical. That's how they come to the conclusion that God sends judgments through illnesses, epidemics, wars and disasters. But the Bible clearly teaches that such things do not come from God.

Now maybe one can find some loose Bible word in the Old Testament, or by all means, in the New Testament which might imply that God is still sending judgments, so you can never find such a thing during the time of the congregation.

For as long as the time of the congregation lasts here on earth, grace applies. Now anyone can come to Jesus and be saved!

If you want to proclaim them and misery, you must do it elsewhere than here at Apg29.nu. Because here on this blog site is preaching the gospel of Jesus Christ and how to be saved - not the false teaching that God sends judgments and misery.

No conviction

How different Bible translations have translated Romans 8: 1-4:

Romans 8: 1-4 So there will be no condemnation for those who belong to Christ Jesus . 2 For the spiritual law that applies to the life of Christ Jesus has set me free from the law of sin and death. 3 What the law could not do, because it fell short of our carnal nature, God did. When he let his own son become like a sinful man and sent him as a sin offering, he condemned the sin in man. 4 Thus the law's requirements for righteousness could be fulfilled with those who live by our spirit and not by our carnal nature. (Bible 2000)
Rom 8: 1-4 So there will be no condemnation for those who are in Christ Jesus . 2 For the law of the Spirit, which gives life through Christ Jesus, has made us free from the law of sin and death. 3 The law, weakened as it was because of sinful nature, could not do what God did by sending His own Son in the form of a sinful man, as a sin offering. Then he condemned the sin in his body. 4 Therefore the law of righteousness could be fulfilled in us who are not led by our human nature but by the Spirit. (NuBibeln)
Rom 8: 1-4 There is now no condemnation for those who are in Christ Jesus . 2 For the law of the Spirit of life in Christ Jesus has set me free from the law of sin and death. 3 What was impossible for the law, weak as it was by sinful nature, God did by sending his own Son as a sin offering, he who on the outside was like a sinful man, and in his body God condemned sin. 4 So would the law's requirements be fulfilled in us who live not after the flesh but after the Spirit. (NIV)
Rom 8: 1-4 Therefore [because of what Jesus did, see Acts 7:25], there is now no condemnation for those who are in Christ Jesus . 2 For the law of the Spirit of life in Christ Jesus has set me free from the law of sin and death. 3 What was totally impossible for the law, because it was weak because of the fallen nature (the flesh), God did. He sent his own Son [to the world] as a sin offering, to the outer body of a sinful man (with flesh, in a body), and condemned sin in human fallen nature (judging and executing the judgment against sin in the flesh). 4 Thus the requirements of the law [singular - emphasizing the wholeness of the law, see Rom 13: 9] would be fully fulfilled in us who do not walk (live) according to our fallen nature (the flesh) but after the Spirit. (Core Bible)
Rom 8: 1-4. Therefore, there is now no condemnation for those who are in Christ Jesus , who do not walk after the flesh, but after the Spirit. 2. For the law of the Spirit of life in Christ Jesus has set me free from the law of sin and death. 3. For what was impossible for the law, because it was weak through the flesh, God did, when he sent his Son in the likeness of sinful flesh, and for sin's sake, condemned the sin in the flesh, 4. that the righteous requirements of the law should be fulfilled. in us who do not live after the flesh but after the Spirit. (KJV)
